You tread upon fallen leaves of candy apple red and an orange and yellow blaze, crunching under the weight of your boots; you are careful not to slip on the wet ones. The night air is crisp and full of the scent of smoky bonfires. You can see your breadth as you exhale and inhale the night air. It is all hallows eve and time for trick-or-treaters to take to the streets all adorned in scary attire. Before you leave the house, why not warm yourself with this dark cocktail. It is sure to keep the monsters away.
I had so much fun creating this cocktail and garnish ideas for BBC Good Food’s website.
Check it out.
